PROPERTY AND ASSETS LISTS

2003 Property and Assets List
September 2003 the JCC displayed a searchable website page that allowed a visitor to search from their database of 59,198 assets, owners and values, that were located in the former East Germany and were recovered by the Claims Conference, or for which claims were still pending under the German Property Restitution Law. We have repeatedly asked the JCC to make this database of names accessible without success. IF you know of someone that has downloaded this database, please let us know.

2008 Property and Assets List
Properly known as: "  "Successor Organization Income from Sale of Recovered Properties,
Compensation, Settlements, and Bulk Settlements, (January 1, 1993 - April 30, 2008)" "
The July 2008 List of 11,000+ assets recovered from 1993 through April 30, 2008 provided by the Claims Conference, is missing the names of the property owners and was displayed as a 193 page PDF document in haphazard order.  We have cleaned up the file and standardized the addresses and street names so that the properties line up correctly.  You may download it here as a PDF document, in order by city-section, then street name, or as a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.  SImply click on the icon below.

This is the list described by the Claims Conference as:  "Further to a statement issued by the Claims Conference on April 22, 2008, the following is a list of assets recovered from 1993 through April 30, 2008 by the Claims Conference Successor Organization for which it has received funds."
