The Claims Conference

THE CONFERENCE ON JEWISH MATERIAL CLAIMS AGAINST GERMANY, INC., aka "JCC", "The Conference", and "Claims Conference", is a New York Domestic Not-For-Profit Corporation, incorporated on November 21st, 1952. As a corporation, it is subject to review and oversight by the office of the Attorney General of New York State. 

The Claims Conference administers compensation funds, recovers unclaimed Jewish property, and allocates funds to institutions that provide social welfare services to Holocaust survivors and preserve the memory and lessons of the Shoah.

The JCC claims to represent world Jewry in negotiating for compensation 
and restitution for victims of Nazi persecution and their heirs.
