Unclaimed or Heirless

GUYS;

I'm sorry to have to explain this to you, but "UNCLAIMED" is not the same as "HEIRLESS".   Here are some concepts to remember; 

  • IF THERE ARE SURVIVING OWNERS OR LEGAL HEIRS, AN ASSET IS NOT HEIRLESS.
  • IF SOMEONE CLAIMS AN ASSET, IT IS NO LONGER UNCLAIMED.
  • ONLY A COURT OF LAW CAN DECIDE WHO IS A LEGAL HEIR.
  • THE JCC IS NOT A COURT OF LAW.
  • THE JCC CANNOT LEGALLYDECIDE WHO IS A HEIR.
  • THE JCC CANNOT LEGALLY DISINHERIT ANYONE.
  • THESE ASSETS NEVER BELONGED TO THE JCC TO BEGIN WITH.
  • THE JCC IS A CORPORATION - IT IS NOT A HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR

If you sell something that used to belong to someone else and an heir files a claim, you have to give them what you received for it.  If you don't it's called Confiscation or "Spoilation".  Some folks call it "Stealing" and it's wrong.
